James Pickering BSc (Hons) Ost. DO is a registered osteopath at Wealden Osteopaths (at the Risebridge Health and Sports Club near Goudhurst) and is offering osteopathy to players and members, in order to maximise their performance. James would be very happy to make himself available on match days, to treat any musculoskeletal complaints before, during and after the match.

He has extensive experience of treating sports injuries, as well as providing rehabilitation treatment. He will treat all manner of musculoskeletal problems, including lower back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, headaches and migraine, trapped nerves, knee pain, ankle pain, tennis and golfer's elbow – to name just a few.

James is equally happy to treat patients of all ages, from babies and children to the elderly, and also offers home and on-site visits.
