Are you a member and not getting the weekly email?

If you're not getting the weekly email and you have already given us your email address, then:
1. Check your spam / junkmail folders - modern filters often screen them out. If they are there, use the "not junk mail" options and/or add us to your "safe senders list"
2. If there are none there then we may have the incorrect email address for you due to typos or hard to read hand writing! Please contact crfcu10@gmail.com  to avoid missing out.

Keep learning at home!!

It is key for the kids enjoyment and understanding of the game to learn at home as well:
1. Learn the positions from the position sheets (click here to download Sheet 1 and Sheet 2)
2. Watch rugby on TV with your kids (some parents will like this home work!) as they need to learn the shape and flow of the game and this really helps
3. Play with a rugby ball at home ( size 4) and practice basic skills like passing and catching

The health and well-being on the children is absolutely paramount to Cranbrook RFC and I truthfully think with ample notice all age groups should be able to find facilities for indoor training.
